How do I retrieve my username and/or password for the website?
Click HERE for Sign In Help. Or please email us with your full name and affiliation and we'll reply with your credentials for the website. 

How do I retrieve my username and/or password when my email address has changed?
If your university or organizational affiliation has changed, you may no longer have access to email at the address MPSA has on file. If this is the case, please email our membership department at  mpsainfo@mpsanet.org or call us at (812) 558-0588 x 2. A member of our MPSA staff will update your account information and provide your log in credentials. It takes a little extra time, but it's worth it. Your membership and conference participation records will remain intact! 

How do I update my name with MPSA?
Please send an email to mpsainfo@mpsanet.org with your MPSA Contact ID number, if known, and your updated First Name, Middle Name (or Initial), and Last Name.

How do I update my email address/mailing address/affiliation/password/etc?
First, log in at www.MPSAnet.org, and click the "My Account" button at the top of the screen, then click the "Manage My Account" link. You may edit the following information by clicking on the appropriate link under Account Actions:

Email Address
Mailing Address
Organization/Affiliation     
Username
Password
Select this Account Action:
My Contact Information 
My Address Preferences 
My Background and Research Interests
Change Username 
Reset Password 

Editing your profile on the MPSA website will also change how your information appears in the MPSA Member Directory, the MPSA Expert Directory, how your profile information appears during the MPSA conference proposal submission process.    

How can I access a receipt for my conference registration and/or membership? 
You may now print registration receipts from the website. Just log in at  www.MPSAnet.org, and click the "My Account" button at the top of the screen, then click the "Manage My Account" link. Scroll down to the "Recent Orders" section to see all recent transactions. Each transaction can be printed from this page by clicking on the "View" button. A .pdf of your receipt will open in a new window which will permit you to download or print the document.
