The Hilton Chicago and the Palmer House Hilton are the official conference hotels. By reserving a room and staying at either of these hotels, you qualify for a lower conference registration rate. The hotels charge a $50 deposit for a reservation, and any changes to a reservation should be made no later than two days before check-in.

Your reservation includes free Internet access and use of the fitness centers. Bus service will be provided from the Hilton Chicago to the Palmer House. The Hilton Chicago will provide complementary coffee every morning to MPSA attendees. Executive level rooms include complimentary continental breakfast, beverages, and evening appetizers on the concierge level of the hotel.

Please note that if more than one person is staying in the room, make sure everyone's name is on the reservation.

Some room types may sell out (e.g., a room with a king bed versus a room with two double beds). This can change as other people add or cancel reservations, and the MPSA is working with the hotel to add rooms to the block.

Childcare Options: The Palmer House Hilton Hotel recommends American Childcare or American Registry Childcare for licensed, bonded, and insured childcare.
