To register for the conference, log into the website and click on "My Account" in the blue menu bar above. If you have an account and have problems registering, please do not create another new account. Instead, contact the national office and ask for assistance. Note that if you purchase a membership and register at the same time, you will be charged the member rate after you add the registration to your shopping cart, even though the member rate is crossed out in the store.

If you prefer to fax or mail your registration, please complete the form below. The fax number and mailing address are on the form.

Note: You will need to login to your account or create an account to register. If you have problems registering online, you can register by phone at 812-558-0588, extension 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST up to April 6, 2012.

REGISTER ONLINE THROUGH APRIL 11. IF YOU PLAN TO MAIL YOUR REGISTRATION FORM WITH A CHECK OR FAX THE FORM WITH A CREDIT CARD NUMBER, WE MUST RECEIVE THE REGISTRATION NO LATER THAN APRIL 6. THE MPSA OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED APRIL 6 TO APRIL 18. CHECKS THAT ARRIVE AFTER APRIL 6 CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

Registration Rates (Now until February 14, 2012)

Conference registration rates are determined by your membership status, when you register, and whether you stay in an official conference hotel or a non-conference hotel (except for those who live within a 50-miles radius of Chicago, who may register at the in-conference-hotel rate). The rates below are for attending the conference only and do not include hotel accommodations. You are responsible for making your hotel reservations. Presenters should have registered by January 15, 2012, to guarantee a place on the program.
