| November 2008 | Deadline for section heads to finalize acceptance decisions. MPSA sends first round of acceptance e-mails. |
| November 21, 2008 | Deadline for participants to accept offer to present. Rejection e-mails sent by MPSA office. |
| December 5, 2008 | Deadline for special scheduling and audio-visual equipment requests. |
| December 31, 2008 | Deadline for participants to register for conference. |
| December 31, 2008 | Deadline to pay for special audio-visual equipment. |
| January 2009 | Preliminary Conference Program published on MPSA web site |
| January 31, 2009 | Application deadline for Harrell Rogers Graduate Student Travel Scholarship |
| February 6, 2009 | Deadline for all changes to Conference Program |
| February 15, 2009 | Application deadline for Conference Registration Fee Waiver Scholarship. |
| March 1, 2009 | Application deadline for MPSA Childcare Scholarship |
| March 13, 2009 | Deadline for papers to be submitted to discussants, chairs, and other panelists; Deadline to post papers on MPSA web site |

| July 1, 2009 | Deadline for chairs and discussants to nominate papers for MPSA best paper awards. |
