MPSA conference registration is not refundable. MPSA does not invoice or accept purchase orders, wire transfers, or bank transfers as payment. All membership purchases are non-refundable.

Complimentary Registrations and Conference Registration Fee Waivers

Senior Scholars Not Otherwise Presenting: MPSA will waive registration fees for senior scholars who are not otherwise presenting and are only serving as a discussant and/or as a Professional Development (Conference Section 69) participant. Volunteer to be a discussant or sign up for a professional development roundtable in Section 69 of the conference here. Upon being placed in a discussant or in the professional development roundtable participant role, you will receive an email with a link to register at no cost. These emails are sent to eligible participants on Fridays.

Developing Nations Scholars: If you are a scholar from a developing nation, you must apply for complimentary membership. After your complimentary membership is approved, you will be able to register for the conference at no cost.

IIE-SRF Scholars: More information on obtaining a complimentary membership and conference fee waivers under the MPSA and the Institute of International Education Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF) partnership can be found here.

All Other Applicants: The call for fee waiver applicants has closed for the 2021 conference. The deadline to complete an application was February 28, 2021. Applicants were notified early in March.
