| October 8, 2024 | Deadline for submitting papers, roundtables, complete panels and working group proposals. |
| November 8, 2024 | MPSA begins to send acceptance emails. |
| November 25, 2024 | Deadline for special scheduling requests. |
| November 27, 2024 | Deadline for submitting subfield and undergraduate section proposals. |
| January 2025 | Preliminary program available on MPSA website. |
| TBA | Deadline to apply for a Graduate Student Travel Scholarship. |
| TBA | Deadline to submit an application for a conference registration fee waiver. |
